Amherst Island Zone
The Amherst Island Waste Disposal Site will be closed on Sunday, December 24th and Sunday, December 31st.
During the holidays, the Waste Disposal Site will be open on December 23rd, December 27th and December 30th.

Mainland Collection
All garbage & recycling schedules will be affected during the week of December 26 through to December 29:
- Area 1 will be collected on Wednesday, December 27
- Area 2 will be collected on Thursday, December 28
- Area 3 will be collected on Friday, December 29
During the week of January 2 through to January 5 there are no changes to the collection schedules this week. Normal collection schedules will be in effect.
The 2023 Christmas tree pick-up will start on January 2, 2024. Please place your tree at the curb no later than 7:00am, on January 2, 2024.
